RichText move to editor

With BlockControls and RichText moved to editor in 3.1.0 am I correct that we’d want to list wp-editor as a dependency when enqueueing editor scripts along with wp-blocks and wp-element?

In order to use RichText that is.

That is correct! It may still be backwards compatible for a time but that is correct moving forward 🙂
