    Howdy,

    Just bought the Gutenberg Course this evening, and right after purchase the course appeared in my dashboard. But I logged out for a bit, and now logging back in I don’t seem to be able to access the course material anywhere. On the dashboard I get the following text only:

    Dashboard
    You have logged in to the JavaScript for WordPress Master Course.

    Account Information
    View your purchases and bookings.

    This is strange and thank you for bringing it to my attention. I’m looking into the problem.

    Quick question: when you go to the direct link for the course and login are you able to access the content?

    Hi Folks,

    Just wanted to keep everyone updated with the status:

    1. I am in contact with LearnDash to see why the my courses shortcode is not working
    2. I have added a direct link to the course in the Dashboard so hopefully you can still access the course while this issue is being resolved.

    Please let me know if you cannot access the course with the direct link!

    I can access the course list, but none of the video links work:

    I expand a section, click a title and the section just collapses – rinse repeat!

    Hi folks!

    Okay, I have figured out the issue. Unfortunately, the short term solution is for me to start updating everyone manually to have correct access to the course.

    I am doing that now.. you all should have access soon.

    Then I can figure out what went wrong here!

    @xebit Are you using Privacy Badger? I found that because Privacy badger blocks cookies for Wistia (where the videos are hosted), I couldn’t see the videos.
    Disabling Privacy badger for this site fixed the problem.

    No, tried all my browsers.

    It’s all working now that Zac has enabled access in the dashboard for me.

    Hi Folks:

    Quick Update:

    1. I have manually added everyone to the course as of the time posting this.
    2. If you find yourself without access please let me know and I’ll resolve ASAP!
    3. I **hope** I have also identified the problem and solved it..

    Please let me know if you have issues still.

    Everything is back to normal for me as well.
